Diane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Public Management, with additional studies in International Policies through Florida Southwestern State College, and she brings over three years of experience in Customer Service, coordination, and team support. Before joining Premier Property Management, Diane worked in customer service and team leadership environments, where she learned the importance of clear communication, organization, and problem-solving in fast-paced settings. Those experiences helped shape the way she approaches her work today with empathy, accountability, and a strong focus on people. As a Property Manager Assistant, her role is centered on connecting tenants, owners, and internal teams. Diane enjoys supporting day-to-day operations, helping processes move forward smoothly, and being someone others can rely on for timely follow-up and support. Diane values teamwork, ethical work, and continuous learning, and she genuinely enjoys helping others feel welcomed, heard, and well assisted throughout their experience with Premier Property Management.
